- This shop has limited shipping outside of the USA, and availability varies from item to item. USA orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. International orders will either be shipped via Asendia, USPS, or UPS. Please note that USPS cannot reach certain countries; click "view the suspensions" to see which countries are limited. Due to changes caused by COVID-19 and USPS, estimated shipping times are now less reliable and shipments may be delayed.
- No shipping to the EU or Northern Ireland at this time. Due to the latest EU requirements on shipping (and I erring on the side of caution). I need to review the available options to understand how, as a small shop, I am affected by the new rules. In the meantime I am working to find overseas distributors to help, but this means there will be limited availability for some items overseas due to logistics (e.g. distributors unable to ship bundles, books outside of this site are not signed)

By purchasing, you are agreeing to the below policy
- The customer will be responsible for handling customs fees, tariff fees, VAT fees, or any other additional fees, as we have no control over them.
- All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges can be made, with the exception of incorrect, damaged, or lost mail, after it has left our hands. We can only return compensation for damaged, missing, or lost packages if insurance was selected and purchased at checkout. If the package is returned for any reason such as an incorrectly entered address, it can be resent it for the same shipping cost.
- Incorrect order: Please contact us via momojijiart (a) gmail.com with images of all the items you received attached. We will either: give you a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation as well as whether we have any in stock. Your order is subject to inspection.
- Damaged order/ Missing/lost order: (Insurance purchases only) Once an order is dropped off with the shipping service, we are no longer responsible for it. Packages that are insured we can provide whatever information necessary for you to file a claim. Please contact us via email within 90 days of shipment. Please also do not wait too long to notify us—as soon as possible is best. But we cannot take responsibility for a misdelivered package if I am not notified about an address change by the stated deadline.
